Checking CNC lathe tightness of the belt, do not finger in between the belt and pulley.
Note:
Check the motor spindle boxes and other components to ensure that there is no abnormal noise.
Check the machine lubrication.
Check the shield and the security protection device is in normal working condition.
Check the tightness of the belt, if elongation, suitable new belt replaced as required.
