CNC lathe Precautions After machining completion
Note:1 before stopping, not to clean-up.
2 After the shutdown, be sure to clean up. Clear iron, wipe the doors, covers, windows and so on.
3 CNC lathe parts will be returned to the initial position.
4 Check the wipers for damage, if damaged, promptly replaced.
5 Check the coolant, hydraulic oil and lubricants pollution, such as heavy pollution, should be promptly replaced.
6 Check coolant, hydraulic oil and lubrication usage, if necessary, timely fill plus.
7 clean water tank filter.
8 In the evening before leaving the machine should be operating panel power switch, the machine shop to send the main line switches and electrical switches off.
